Right click on the 3D Edit and select Delete to remove the key.Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\SystemFileAssociations\.bmp\Shell.Reinstalling Paint 3D app WILL NOT restore the “Edit the Paint 3D” context menu option. Export and backup the registry keys affected so that you can restore the “Edit the Paint 3D” feature in future as and when you need it again.
